How do I book tickets for Rubyz Cabaret?
Visit our Shows & Dates page, choose your preferred show date and select Book Now. You will then be taken to BookedIt to complete your booking securely.
What ticket packages are available?
We currently offer four packages:
Show Ticket — £34.95 per person
Show + Party Bag — £45.95 per person
Meal & Show — £69.95 per person
Ultimate Package — £75.95 per person
A £15-per-person deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your show date.
When does the outstanding balance need to be paid?
Your outstanding balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your show date.
Can members of our group book and pay separately?
Yes. Separate bookings can still be seated together, but every guest must enter the same group name or lead booker’s name. Each person should use their own email address and telephone number so they receive the correct booking and payment information.
BookedIt charges a transaction fee for every transaction, so it is normally cheaper and simpler to book and pay for the whole group in one transaction.
Can I change my group size after booking?
Yes. We recommend initially booking only for guests who have definitely confirmed, as deposits are non-refundable and normally non-transferable. Additional guests can be added right up to the day of the show.
Are deposits refundable or transferable?
The £15-per-person deposit is non-refundable and normally non-transferable. In exceptional circumstances, we may consider transferring a deposit. Each request is assessed individually, and a transfer cannot be guaranteed.
FOOD & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
When will I receive the menu, and when are our choices required?
We will send you the menu approximately two weeks before your show date. Your completed menu choices must be returned no later than one week before the show. If you book within this period, please send your choices and dietary information to us as soon as possible.
Where can I see the current menu?
Our current menu is displayed on the Menu page of this website. Dishes may change to reflect seasonal availability, so always refer to the menu sent for your particular booking.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Our experienced chefs can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and most other dietary requirements. Please tell us about any specific requirements when submitting your menu choices so that we can advise and prepare accordingly.
How should I notify you about an allergy?
Clearly identify every allergy when submitting your group’s menu choices. Show the allergy alongside the name and meal choice of the affected guest.
Food is prepared in a kitchen where allergens are present. Every reasonable precaution is taken to avoid cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee that any dish will be completely free from traces of allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before booking.
YOUR VISIT
What time should we arrive?
Doors open at 7:00pm, and all guests should arrive between 7:00pm and 7:30pm. If your package includes dinner, food is served from approximately 7:45pm.
What time does the show start and finish?
The cabaret show begins at approximately 8:30pm and runs until around 10:30pm. The DJ then takes over, with opportunities for photographs, party music and dancing until midnight.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. The minimum age for attending Rubyz Cabaret is 16. Guests aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
Is there a dress code?
There is no formal dress code at Rubyz. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, whether that is smart-casual clothing, partywear or something fabulously glamorous.
GROUPS & CELEBRATIONS
Can separately booked guests be seated together?
Yes. When booking separately, every guest must enter the same group name or lead booker’s name so that we know the bookings belong together. Each person should still provide their own email address and telephone number so that they receive the correct booking and payment information.
Can we bring a birthday cake, balloons or decorations?
Yes. You are welcome to bring cakes, balloons, decorations and other celebration items, provided they are legal, safe and do not obstruct another guest’s view of the show.
Will our bride-to-be or birthday guest be involved in the show?
There is a very good chance that your guest of honour will be spoken to during the show or invited onto the stage. However, audience involvement depends on the performance and cannot be guaranteed.
Can I book Rubyz exclusively for a private event?
Rubyz currently offers reserved group tables at our public cabaret shows rather than exclusive venue hire. Visit our Group Bookings page to find out more about bringing a larger group to Rubyz.

Where is Rubyz Cabaret?
Rubyz Cabaret is located inside Hotel Celebrity:

Is parking available?
Paid parking is available in the Hotel Celebrity car park, and on-street parking is also available nearby. Please read the signs carefully and pay the applicable parking charge when you arrive, as the hotel car park is privately managed.
Vehicles entering the hotel car park for drop-off or collection may only have a short free period before a charge applies. Please check the current signs when entering and bear this in mind when arranging taxis, lifts and collections.
Is Rubyz wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The performance room, bar and accessible toilets are all on one level, with no steps between them.
You do not normally need to contact us before booking. However, if your wheelchair requires additional space or you have any specific access needs, please let us know in advance. On busy nights, this helps us provide a suitable table nearer the entrance and bar and makes moving around the room easier.
ABOUT THE SHOW
What happens at a Rubyz drag cabaret show in Bournemouth?
Your evening begins with a warm welcome and dinner if you have selected a dining package. At approximately 8:30pm, the Rubyz cast takes to the stage for an award-winning drag comedy cabaret filled with music, audience interaction and outrageous entertainment.
The show is generally presented in two parts. The first introduces the performers through comedy and audience fun, while the second features a Rubyz-style parody of a well-known film or musical. After the show, enjoy photographs, party music and dancing until midnight.
Can I attend the cabaret without having dinner?
Yes. Choose the Show Ticket if you would like admission to the complete cabaret without dinner, or select the Show + Party Bag package. Our Meal & Show and Ultimate packages include a three-course meal.
